These SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the text messaging program operated by Alternate Door, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number to us through any form on our website, by replying to a text message we send you, or by otherwise opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and promotion of our products and services. Our products and services include real estate solutions for homeowners, including cash offers, creative financing options, novation agreements, and related services offered by Alternate Door, LLC.
2. How to Cancel (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

- Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the mobile number you provided belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it, and that you consent to receive automated text messages at that number from Alternate Door, LLC.
